Perfect for convention goers
I attended a ham radio convention and the place was super convenient, just a quick drive to the center. , I was shocked to find a real refrigerator and microwave in the room,, made my midnight snack cravings so much easier.

missingWrote a review on 08 Jullimited amenities
Internet access in the rooms isn’t complimentary, which felt like a missed opportunity, especially for business travelers who need to stay connected. I noticed the absence of a hairdryer and an ironing board in my room. while it didn’t ruin my experience, it made getting ready a bit more challenging. Additionally, the maid service seemed to be limited as it wrapped up by 11 a.m., so if you're someone who enjoys sleeping in, be prepared for some surprises.

Staying here was enjoyable and relaxing for our family. The hotel was clean with friendly staff, which made it easy to chill out. Plus, being next to a donut shop was a sweet bonus for our kids, especially with our service dog along.
My wife says that more family-oriented activities would make it even better.

It was just a well-suited match for a quick weekend visit in Plano with attractive and competitive value for money. The toilet in my room had issues that took a long time to fix, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Make sure to double-check if all amenities are in working order before settling in.

Had a great stay with my friends! The king room was comfy, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Easy internet access made planning our trips to the nearby park and local museums a breeze. If you're looking for value, this spot is worth it!
However, we did notice that some of the amenities like extra towels were lacking, which could be improved for future guests.

The hotel features modern architecture and a tidy environment that enhances the overall appeal. Staff members are warm and approachable, making interactions pleasant. While I appreciated the convenient nearby Krispy Kreme for breakfast, the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a notable oversight.
